A nightmare for real estate and home searches
Scubajarhead on Webmaster World: “This is going to turn into a
nightmare especially for the real estate searches. Thousands
of real estate agents are just going to bulk upload data from
the MLS and just cause a load of duplicate content. My clients
spend thousands of hours creating unique content for their
websites to get a first page listing for terms such as [large
city] Real Estate.

Google launches new keyword research tool for its AdWords PPC program
Google’s keyword research tool is now feature rich, shows seasonal
data, data by match type and the data is even easy to export. As
Google, Yahoo and MSN jocky for position you can bet that their
keyword research tools are only going to get better, although I
don’t think Yahoo’s 'dated' KYR tool has changed over the past ten

information was an area the company lacked an adequate offering in.
"I think it's a good move for them. I've long wondered when they were
going to get that whole thing put together," said Danny Sullivan,
editor of Search Engine Watch. "This is related to the idea of
organizing information and helping people understand what's going
on. Not to say that the other players out there aren't any good."

The planet is becoming increasingly "Googlized"
"The world is becoming increasingly 'Googlized,"' said Gregory Yu,
a lawyer for KinderStart. "For most people, that has been a good
thing, but not for everyone." (Source: AP). A Google spokesman said
the company hadn't seen the suit and had no immediate comment.
KinderStart alleges Google has engaged in anticompetitive behavior
and misled the public by positioning its search engine as an objective
source for finding Internet content. The suit seeks unspecified
financial damages and a court order that would require Google to
change its ways.
